The salon is beautiful and immaculate, situated in a stunning part of South Kensington. The receptionists are extremely attentive, professional and helpful. I have had a patch test with one tattoo removal technician and had my first session with another on Wednesday. Both were highly professional, polite and considerate. Looking forward to my next two sessions. I would highly recommend The Gloss overall. Thanks and see you soon xx
