Unfortunately, The Gloss Clinic is not 100% honest with their services and dealings. They promise services, of which they do not fully deliver. They agreed to a refund and then never gave me my refund. I am owed £2000.
The salon, its services, and staff are great. I only rated 1 star, so this review gets seen. Do not pay any money upfront or pay for packages when it comes to this salon. Search Trust Pilot reviews, there are 2025 reviews that confirm refund issues from £1000 and upwards.

The studio is really clean in a lovely part of town and the staff are really efficient, polite and professional. Thank you, I will be back!
