Had a really great time at the Gloss, the girls there where lovely had a lovely coffee before my appointment. The session was fast and painless and the practitioner really knew what she was talking about.

Laser Hair Removal
The service was amazing, honestly I have never felt so comfortable in a clinic, it’s so clean and it smells beautiful. It’s small things that count but it makes a huge difference. They really do pay attention to the finer details and make you feel at ease at all times. Thank you soo much ladies!!
Eyebrow & Eyelash Tinting
Turned up for my appointment to find they didn't have my booking, they couldn't then fit me in so I didn't get my treatment. They blamed Treatwell for over booking them???I had prepaid as well and as yet still haven't been refunded or contacted to say the refund is being processed
Eyelash Extensions
Having booked an hours facial it started 5 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. It was rushed at the beginning with a few products and then the extraction was really painful which I appreciate can happen but felt it wasn’t very professional. The face mask was left for 20 minutes which was half the time and a supposedly “massage” at the end was my shoulders been pushed on for a few seconds. The lady had a headphone in for the whole time and the music was quite manic and not relaxing.
