It was rushed at the beginning with a few products and then the extraction was really painful which I appreciate can happen but felt it wasn’t very professional. The face mask was left for 20 minutes which was half the time and a supposedly “massage” at the end was my shoulders been pushed on for a few seconds. The lady had a headphone in for the whole time and the music was quite manic and not relaxing.

Unbelievable, the staff left me alone for more than 20min in lash lift treatment, while that process used be be lasted 7-10min. The pad size is chosen wrong. My eyelids skin are damaged, also lashes are in a ugly curved angle. If you really busy with other customers, just set a timer .
