I'm not sure if I'd return. Upon being shown to the massage room I was greeted by an extremely strong smell of bleach & cleaning agents. Not ideal when wanting a calming massage. The massage therapist Dora was wonderful though and she gave a fantastic and thorough massage. Following my massage I had a pedicure, which was the most bizarre pedicure I've ever had. The set-up of the pedicure area is not adequately set up for the therapist. Instead of her sitting on a low stool (as all pedicurists I've ever been to do), she was sat on an office chair which was much higher than what I was sat on. That meant she didn't have easy access to do the job and very awkwardly tried to cut and file my nails whilst hunched over herself. The equipment used was also blunt which meant she struggled even more. Couldn't have been very comfortable for her! She also talked me through every single step of the pedicure so I wasn't able to zone out and enjoy the treatment. Polish colours were extremely limited.

Microdermabrasion
Really good service, Dora is amazing, and I love my lashes. Only downside was that I wasn't told about needing a 24 hour patch test before my lash appointment, so had to sign a waiver.
Lash Lift
I was very happy with my LVL treatment. My lashes are now curled & much darker, and I hope to come again in 6-8 weeks as the treatment works best if you return a few times. The technician was very professional and kind. It is expensive but worth it for events, going on holiday etc.
