Sorry to say this was not the best. I booked an appointment on the same day. When I arrived the salon did not have my booking on their list. The stylist who greeted me when I arrived was rude and unwelcoming. When his colleague arrived I had to wait while she took payment from another client after which she took her colleagues into a room and had an audible argument with them about the situation. After that one of the stylists came out and asked me 'So, what do you want? A haircut?'. He agreed to cut my hair but washed it straight away without taking a look at my current style or discussing what I wanted. After the wash he did ask me what I wanted then cut me off when I started talking and said 'ok fine I've got it'. In the end, by some miracle, I did end up with a haircut, despite it not being exactly the style I wanted. The fact that even with the Treatwell discount I was still £50 for this shambolic experience was a bitter pill to swallow. As an experience I wouldn't recommend; the chairs were stained and the place felt shabby. My stylist was nice and friendly but not very professional and you could tell he wanted to get the job done quickly, regardless of what I wanted as a client. Fortunately, hair grows back.

Salon is easy to find, clean and cosy. I could get a late appointment.
My haidresser, Cristina, was very professional. After assessing my needs she proposed different treatments depending on the result wanted, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to go for discovhair which is less aggressive than traditional keratin. Cristina took the time to apply the treatment and stayed after her finish time to make sure I received a good service.
result is amazing so far. Hair ia straight smooth and shiny :) thank you
