People are lovely, but it’s a bit chaotic down there. Staff has difficulty finding where stuff is & Colours need numbering urgently. We couldn’t identify the colour I selected from the palette so I had to go with a completely different random colour. (Thanks Rochelle for helping me out). this caused my appointment to last 1:30 hrs (just hands). Application wasn’t very neat, my cuticles and under nails contaminated with BIAB coats and gel, this caused burn sensation and pain following 3-4 days
