Holly was lovely and made the whole experience amazing. She was able to create a set of lashes for me that were perfect, despite me not doing lashes very often and not knowing the specifics of the set I had last time!

My nail session was not very pleasant. Although they offered me a free session to make up for it, I don’t think I’ll go back as I can’t really trust their professionalism.
I do appreciate that they tried to resolve the issue, but I won’t be visiting this place again.
