She is extremely warm, friendly, professional and brilliant at what she does. This is the most pain free wax I have ever had! Even less painful than laser hair removal. I will never go to anyone else but Aalya. The ability to book the appointment online is also so easy and hassle free. Makes the whole experience 10/10. Thank you Aalya!
