Aalya was welcoming. Made me feel comfortable. Established comfort level. Then proceeded to do the intimate waxing in a professional manner. Left no hair behind! Was keen to get rid of it all to leave behind a smooth soft area. Gave good advice on preventing post-waxing problems. And I have not had a rash unlike when done by others before.
