I found this experience really disappointing. Considering the therapist I had is the owner she was super unprofessional, talked about how she hates cleaning the salon and feels like it needs cleaning every day. Lots of chat about how dirty it was. I also noticed she didn’t disinfect anything after the person before me left. The eyebrow wax was fine but the lashes were so disappointing. Cluster lashes not individual and nothing like the soft natural picture I shared. Won’t be back.

Really chilled appointment, lots of care was taken that I was comfy and that my eyes felt okay throughout the process and my lash lift and tint looks amazing! ☺️
