I’m not one for negative reviews but I’m really not happy. My lashes are absolutely frazzled after a lift 2 weeks ago. I get regular lifts and know the drill, I use plenty of castor oil and lash serums twice a day and have done for years. Never have they been this over-processed and not only that, kinky and not uniform at all. The technician admitted to being in a bad mood when doing my lashes and while I can sympathise, the treatment and the outcome are unprofessional. Won’t be returning.
