Terrific experience from beginning to end. Sammy washed & conditioned my hair, lovely scalp massage along with it. Michelle mixed up a gorgeous shade of purple, which Sammy applied. The chat is always good, so much fun. I love my hair colour and cut. I never know exactly what shade I'll come out with, but I always know I'll love it.
