The atmosphere is always terrific & the staff I have met before are always so welcoming.
Unfortunately on this occasion, the colour in my hair is uneven, with a big stripe that somehow got missed completely.
I'd asked for my hair to be curled with straighteners, but the ends are frazzled and smell singed.
As soon as I rang the next morning for advice, I was offered immediate assistance. So one bad experience hasn't put me off.
Very neat and tidy, treatment completed in the time specified
