I enjoyed my back massage at the salon, whilst there was a mix up with appointment times it was soon rectified. The treatment room was clean, towels fresh with nice subdued lighting. My beautician was pleasant and professional, she discussed my needs in relation to massage pressure etc. I would re-book this service again.

I like the style of the salon and the range of products used. I think the design is great allowing disabled/level access. The room for waxing, tanning etc is bright and very clean. The room used for facials and massage is more peaceful and the relaxing music allows you to shut the world out.
I am very impressed with the way Jo is able to assess what you need from a quick consultation. She is an incredibly knowledgeable therapist and her experience shows
from facials to massage. You can adapt pressure during your treatment depending on how you are feeling. The bed is wide and adjustable - again excellent for access.
I am so pleased that I tried The Graduate as I often feel disappointed after treatments. The pricing is excellent considering the quality and professionalism you are receiving from Jo.
