The technician was lovely and my nails are gorgeous. I would go back gladly and be a regular but the man on the desk made me pay for a service I ended up not needing - he said only Treatwell could change the cost, I contacted Treatwell and this isn’t true. I asked if I could even give this extra money I was being forced to pay as a tip to the technician and he refused. So I paid an extortionate amount for a really simple treatment and was lied to. Shame because the technician was amazing.
