I can not fault The Great Bentley Retreat. From the minute you walk in you are treated with a smile and professionalism. Michelle is wonderful and I highly recommend her. Best place for miles around.

Fantastic nails by Ellie as always, they always last when Ellie does them...
But whilst at my appointment another client came in for a treatment, was sat down in waiting area near me filling in her customer questionnaire , she was asked many private questions infront of myself, & other staff members by her therapist, why u having this treatment? Are u on medician? Etc etc all infront of other people... I felt awful for this lady as these are personal questions that need sorting in a private room..... maybe a thought for management! Would put me off having other treatments if I have to answer these questions in front of everyone! However my nail experience with Ellie was fantastic, polite well mannered and beautiful nails .

Very disappointed in this treatment the member of staff was very nice but needs to,work on her massage skills. No pressure at all so I left feeling more tense. Love the place and have never had a bad treatment there but would not book with this lady again.
