The venue was clean, professional warm and friendly. Easy to find. Discrete. Excellent parking.
Emma put me at ease immediately and was very professional and soothing. Obviously it is never entirely painfree but it really couldnt have been better. Came away tingling, feeling fresh and (I thought) looking good !…. Or as good as I am ever going to !
And even more important was greatly appreciated by my SO when I got home .
