I booked a Brazilian and the lady just went ahead with the wax and did a Hollywood. Which was not what I had booked or asked for. The girl who was ahead of me was literally pushed out of the room her trousers weren’t even done up yet! I was charged more than what the price I had booked was.
To make it worse she left wax string on my legs and also left a lot of hair behind- no tweezers or anything. Just sloppy- I will not go back!

Wow! I swear Natty has magic hands! She was considerate of the fact that i’m sensitive and she managed to get every hair! would definitely recommend her! she’s the best wax lady i’ve had.

They ran 15mins late. The lady then came out and asked if I'd like my eyebrows done as I waited. The wax itself was poor. The room was very stuffy with little ventilation so I was sweating. The wax was far too hot and was told to use sudocrem for the marks I now have. She commented on my "veiny red stretch marks" on my stomach. After learning that I had no children she concluded it was from being fat. Told me how much extra she charged the previous person vs me. Charged for eyebrow threading.
