The nail technician ( I didn’t get his name ) was absolutely brilliant, worked carefully and attentively. The nails look good. The only aspect that made my experience uncomfortable was that the manager arrived half way through the appointment and was at the reception desk burping intermittently during my time there - even when I’d moved to the manicure chairs in front of him.
I think his job is made more difficult
I originally booked at The Green Ealing Hair & Beauty but they had some issues with a leak and I was taken to another affiliated shop. The lady who welcomed me was not Natty. Unfortunately, I do no know her name. She was really nice and I had a nice experience.

The treatments were good but I had to wait over half an hour when I first got there, even though I had booked my appointment weeks ago
