First time I’ve been to this beauty centre and I’m very satisfied with the waxing. Natty was very reassuring, professional and thorough. I’ve also been impressed as the place was very clean and in line with the government guidelines and felt like it was “Covid-safe” :)

Arrived at my appointment and was asked to come back 30 min later as Voula had to take care of another customer that waited for 45min, Came back, it was still not finished so was assigned another person who clearly had no clue as how to apply polish and did a terrible job. Booked again with Voula on 29/10. Arrived and was told that she was off on that day so couldn't get my nails done and now can't get a refund through Treatwell and salon wouldn't give me one. Dreadful, avoid at any cost
