The venue was ok but the lady who did my nails was late, the start of the treatment was a bit rushed and she lacked some soft people skills overall, there was a lack of good communication, although she did try. Any treatment you pay for should also be an enjoyable/relaxing experience and this wasn’t. And although the venue is Covid-prepared, safety procedures were a bit brushed off, like my manicurist wearing her mask under her nose at times, or even not cleaning tools properly.

Was a lovely pedicure. My technician made sure I was happy with every step of the pedicure. Would highly recommend her.
Voula is a great nail technician. My gel nails have never lasted past 8 days but with her I get a full two weeks and more. Highly recommended!
