I felt like I was taken really good care of and was treated so well! The salon was taking all the preventative measures necessary for Covid and I felt very safe. Natty did a fantastic job and really looked after me!

Booked about 1.5h before the appointment, turned up and there was no record of my booking. Other customers weren’t wearing masks (though appreciate there could be good reasons for this). Treatment paid for was scheduled to last for an hour, took more like 40 mins. Aircon was broken, not ideal during the current heatwave. Not sure I’d return / recommend
