The establishment isn’t very organised. I had to wait an hour to be seen and each time, someone said they were going to see me in 10 minutes. Several other customers came in and were also waiting. I was not seen by Natty but by a man who did a good job with the manicure. The manicure itself was progressional and done well.

The venue was clean though not at all friendly. The therapist barely said a word to me. The pedi was OK - the massage was good - but the varnish is not as professional as I'd like - a bit lumpy. Took much longer than the promised 40 minutes. I was left alone for ages with my nails under the dryer - I had to ask a random man who happened to be passing to ask my therapist to release me! She was by that time busy with someone else in another room so I just extricated myself.
