Waited 45. minutes for a 5 minute eyebrow wax appointment. Decided to leave. Understandably they were understaffed however there was no further communication or apology given.

Poor. Called repeatedly in advance to arrange for a female technician, they didn’t arrange this so was sent to another salon to receive an average manicure by an exhausted technician, I could barely see anyone sanitising surfaces or chairs between customers

Staff were very friendly. Did an excellent job of my shellac manicure and pedicure. Will be visiting again.
