Eyebrows done well but I did ask for wax, thread was used too. A bit uncomfortable her mask was under her nose while she did the eyebrows.
Pedicure very well done. Manicure was good, cuticles done properly. Atmosphere bit quiet and only men nail assistants, which was bit strange for me.
I did find it funny the nail assistant used cuticle oil onto cuticle clipper. That same cuticle oil brush will be used on nails now..better sanitisation needed.

After a year and a half of pandemic I would have expected a bit more care from the beautician, she didn't wear gloves nor surgical masks during my treatments (including eyebrow threading!). I had booked also the upper lip but I didn't feel safe taking my mask off, and declined in the moment.
The quality of the shellac manicure is relative to what you pay, I think is fair for that good price.

The worst nail job I have ever had done. Very uneven I can see my old polish still. She’s been “cleaning” the edges with her nail/finger and most tools were awfully dirty. She’s put a lot of polish on my skin which obviously ended up giving me an allergic reaction.
promotional price on TW is £35 and £30 in store and she still wanted to charge me £5 on the top for “removing “ my old nail polish. She didn’t when I asked her not to put another coat because I’m already late.

The gel nails came out beautiful and it was nice to be in a high-ceiling Ed ex-chemist’s shop front for the hand gel nails part. Very clean.
