I bought the my detox diet box (delivered to my door). The meals were all wrapped up and all I had to do was either to micowave them or to eat straight out from a pot. They were quite yummy and satisying, I didn't cheat at all and just finished all the food I was given. I lost about 5 lbs at the end of it.
I enjoyed my Iyashi Dome treatment and found it very relaxing. When you go in you lie on a massage couch type bed on your front naked with the hard shell of the dome pulled over you. The therapist then sets it to heat up. After 15 mins on your front you turn on to your back and the heat is increased. You start to sweat a little more. It's very calming and relaxing- like sunbathing without the skin damage. In fact afterwards my skin felt lovely and soft and looked clearer. I also lost body fat and mass according to the before and after weight analysis! I will likely return in the future simply because of how relaxing it is.
really friendly therapist. my second time here and i liked it as much as the first time around. i left feeling quite energised. easy to get to the hotel, was a bit difficult to get to the treatment area throught the gym as there wasn't many staff members around to let me have access
Just finished the detox diet - so apologies for the odd "venue" ratings but of course it came to me rather than me going to it ! Absolutely loved it personally but have to confess at this point that I am a vegetarian so I wasn't particularly freaked out by soy, grains and beans - of which it does mainly consist. I should think for a meat eater it could be pretty brutal ! Some things were better than others but overall I'm definitely thinking about doing it again soon - whilst I've only lost a couple of pounds, I actually feel much lighter and my insane sugar cravings have gone completely. My one recommendation to anyone doing it would be to buy a large bunch of fresh herbs and add whenever needed - because it is so grain based, it can be a lttle bland but easy enough to perk up ! Enjoy !
Considering the grand building the room is through the gym and has no reception - I accidently walked in on someone, so best to wait outside! The lady was excellent in her explanations for the benefits and the dome was relaxing even with the sweating. The printout showed good results and I'm sure if you could keep this up on a regular basis it would have great benefits I certainly felt refreshed after it.
