Be prepared it can get v claustophobic in there - and the heat - OMG!!! - don't know quite what I was expecting???
It's a 30-minute slot - you lie on your back 1st and then on your front - I found lying on my front more uncomfortable and wished they had better pillows or head/ neck protection the 'roller' thing was too awkward and a bit hard on my neck.
The 1st sesh good, felt great afterwards... the heat was at the right level. I have done bikram yoga so was reasonably ok.
2nd sesh - it had been v cold ouside, I didn't warm up v well or rtaher didn't feel I got hot , the therapist assured me that i had done and gave me an extra 3/ 5 mins. Lovely therapist!
the 3rd sesh - I think the therapist though I was a pro because 'blimey o'reilly stick a fork in me and I'm done'!!! It was v.v hot - the therapist had the measure of me (in a nice way) and it was good to test myself. She did confirm that it was much hotter than previous occassions.
I don't know if it's helped with any weight loss - was it supposed too? i guess I'd need to have more sessions and really measure myself before and after - but I must have done cos I sweated for England!!
Having said all of this - it was quite relaxing - too hot for me to doze off but nice to lie there nad think great I don't have to run this w/e I'm sure heat's good for your joint and aching bones right!

Great location, great treatment and friendly staff, the facilities are clean and comfortable and the dome is an interesting addition if you are doing a detox. I can say i have felt relaxed and my skin felt soft and smooth after each treatment, weight loss not sure but feel good...definitely!

Delicious, fresh and creatively-constructed juice detox - plus very prompt and helpful response from Ilona when I needed help and advice. Only thing is that the price is really steep, even with the discount - but maybe that's what you have to pay for convenience!
Nutritional Advice & Treatments
I really like the Iyashi dome, it's a very relaxing treatment, and skin feels very smooth afterwards. The staff are always very friendly and the location in the health shop is great, with tempting shopping for healthy things right after the treatment. I will definitely go back, it feels healthy and the intense heat is so relaxing.

Enjoyed the treatment at their New Venue in Bloomsbury as always the Detox Team extremely helpful and supporting in providing information and advice. Look forward to seeing you all in 2012 as have purchased further bulk treatments to redeem. Thanks Suzanna!
