It's a hair dresser with a few rooms in the back. Nobody looked at me when I came in.. after a while, a lady took me to a room in the back and told me the service I booked for is not available or that they don't offer it. We agreed on a different type of lashes and the lady was very nice and tried to do her best but my lashes never looked so bad. There was glue all over it, they were not comfortable, very hard and poked my eye. (I have lash extensions for more then 2 years now and I know what I'm talking about). During the treatment , two different staff members had a loud argument outside the room. After a while my last artist had to go out and tell them to be quiet. The room was clean, but no music or anything relaxing. When I left, nobody said bye, except the lady who did my lashes. All together : i will not go back. And maybe the salon manager should have a word with their employees.

Really good experience at this salon. I wanted very natural balayage and a good cut. That's exactly what I got. Everybody was very friendly. Pleased to have found a salon in soho that is good and reasonable!
