The salon is very modern and clean. The therapist who provided the Hollywood wax was professional and friendly. The treatment only lasted 10 minutes and was virtually pain free - very rare to find someone able to do it this well!

Everything could have been better. I had to wait 15 mins for my appoointment and the hairdresser seemed annoyed that i was there.
The cut was ok although the finish wasn't done as I wanted. I said I'd like for it to be blow dried straight but she didnt listen to me.
Will not be going there again, was not a relaxing experience.

The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Eyelashes are very natural, as requested- if anything slightly too natural!
Not sure i'd pay the full price for these as I felt £48 was a bit steep for 2 weeks of eyelashes.
