I had the last appointment of the day, and I felt like my haircut was rushed. The cut was rough, uneven and not the style I asked for. I ended up having to correct and tidy it up afterwards.

Needed to get my hair washed last minute before a dinner after work. Was able to book this a couple of hours before the appointment and it did what I needed (clean, smooth hair). Didn’t ask for any styling.
