It was helpful and easy to navigate through the website and find the best deals offered. Reviews also helped make the selection process a lot easier. I especially appreciated that treatwell was able to point out certain deals that salons had at off-peak times

An excellent first time experience. Great haircut, left feeling very happy. Would certainly recommend.

Lovely staff, but wasn’t a great experience overall. It felt rushed (even though I’d been rescheduled & then made to wait for another fifteen minutes), and the waxing wasn’t very thorough- especially the Hollywood. It didn’t feel like there was a lot of care taken- didn’t wipe with aloe vera or other anti inflammatory, for example. Missing required items for the wax. Just added up to make it all feel rushed & like they just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. That’s fine, but some care over the overall service would’ve been appreciated. As nice as staff were (and really lovely!) I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
