Had a Brazilian wax here and the results were great. They paid attention to detail and left me with a great result which has been super long lasting. The therapist was also lovely and made me feel very comfortable.
I was a little confused though as I paid extra for "hot wax" and then they used strip wax for the majority of the wax and then hot wax only for very sensitive areas. I have never experienced this before and so was kinda confused! The strip wax was much more painful than the hot was (as you would expect). My results are great though and so I would still return.
If a combination of both types of waxes are going to be used then this should probably be explained somewhere as its misleading to simply call it "hot wax" if some strip wax is going to be used.

Good experience overall but they do not have a broad variety in nail polish colours!
