It is a small venue but the staff are welcoming. Venue is clean and simple. there was no milk for hot drinks (this was just after new years BH)
Soraya took time to understand my concerns and what i wanted. She gave some good haircare tips and I felt confident that she would do a great job with my naturally curly hair. Blow dry was lovely despite the fact the salon did not have the right sized brush for her to use (she's normally based at the other soho salon). this was a little disappointing as I'd expect the salon managers to ensure all equipment is available for staff to use to tailor their approach to customers!
I would book again.
