Was rearranged for the following day due to a staff sickness which was annoying but cannot be helped. Due to being fitted in my lovely hairdresser was then not given enough time for my cut/colour. I was not rushed myself but felt bad for the person waiting after me. Came out with hair looking lovely, not quite as blonde as I had hoped but looked very natural and all staff in the salon were really attentive and kind. Overall happy with my experience.

I have been to this salon before for dermalogica facials over the years, however was a little disappointed to not get a neck and shoulder massage included.
The therapist was very nice and did a very thorough job at extraction.
