Lovely staff but lots of builders in there when I arrived so wasn’t sure it was open and was a bit hectic. But when I was taken downstairs it was lovely, and the therapist was really good.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. They answered my questions and gave me advice on how to take care of my skin for my skin type. The whole process was very relaxing and enjoyable. Did not give it 5 stars only because the shoulder massage was not hitting the right points to relieve the tension. NONETHELESS, I will definitely return because of the service and the cleaniness.
