Appointment started 7 minutes late, but she finished at 43 minutes past the hour, despite purchasing a 45 minute massage. There were no clients after me, so it's not like the were in a rush. Therapist was very pleasant, but this was not a deep-tissue massage. More like a gentle Swedish. I asked three times for firmer pressure, and it was not given. I gave up asking in the end. I asked the focus to be on my head, shoulders and neck, but she focused a lot on my lower back. Most massages will ask you to turn over towards the end, to finish the massage, but she stopped quite abruptly. As I say, she was pleasant, but I got the feeling she didn't really know what she was doing. Wouldn't go back, felt like a waste of money.

Amazing work - I came in with an absolute mess of hair and Zoltan made it look amazing. Still don’t know how he made my highlights silver - pure magic! I’m now the wearer or the sharpest bob second to Sia.

Brilliant eyebrow wax, will definitely be going back. Full attention to detail was given unlike some places that wax all eyebrows the same way.
