The staff were very welcoming and interested in my style and what I wanted. As I was new to their salon, they took time to understand how I usually have my hair and were very accommodating, making suggestions and offering advice for maintenance and continued care. My hair looked lovely and I got compliments that evening.

Having made majority of my way to the salon I got stuck in traffic and rang the salon to say I would be a few minutes late. I was then told that they had no record of an appointment for me, despite me having booked online a week or so beforehand. This is the second time a situation like this has happened to me at this salon. Seems quite disorganised, but luckily I was able to make an appointment for the day.

Salon is lovely and staff were friendly. They had only booked me in for brows as my lash extensions didn't go through so I had to go back for these. The brows didn't seem to be HD though, more of a wax and tint. Good job though.
