I went for a relaxer a root touch up today and unfortunately it was a disaster. The stylist burnt my scalp as she put the chemical on my scalp rather than just my hair. My head is sore from the burns. she then poured milk on my scalp to reduce the burning which was strange. I am not sure if she knows how to do Afro hair as she blow dried my hair and missed bits she also used the straighteners and still my hair is not done to satisfaction. no oil sheen spray or cream was applied and I was charged £50. utterly disappointing :(

Everyone was so friendly and my hair was done in half the time it usually takes and looks twice as good. I’ll defintely be back!!
So happy to find this salon. After a few bad experiences recently at other places I couldn’t have been happier with my relaxer, treatment and trim today. The staff were friendly and my stylist listened to my concerns and needs. She made sure there was no damage to my scalp or hair and gave really good advice. Will definitely come back again. 5 star service.
Went in just for a trim, did a great job for a pretty low price. Had a friendly vibe in there and had a pleasant conversation whilst having my trim. Would return again!
