I initially went to have my pedicure - done by the lovely Amy and then went back to have a wax as the service goes over and above what you pay. Looking forward to booking my hair appointment soon!

I ended up getting my eyebrows tweezed as I previously had been burnt at another salon. Nicky recommended tweezing and explained the risks of waxing too soon. Having never been tweezed before, I was a bit nervous but she made me feel comfortable. She checked in with me to make sure I was fine throughout the experience. It was relatively painless to my surprise and fast and she did an excellent job. Cannot stress enough the level of care and expertise provided by Nicky. Thank you!
