I didn’t have my treatment done due to needing a patch test which is completely understandable. I decided not to return as I found the venue not very clean or warm. The room where the beauty treatments were in was freezing cold and needed some much needed TLC, you also have to walk through a kitchenette to get to the room where there was strong food smells.
Lorraine was friendly and warm although the environment is not somewhere I would feel comfortable to have beauty treatments in.

I love visiting the Hair and Beauty Lounge. Nicola and the team are always so lovely, and it's always a really nice experience. My hair looks great, my skin looks great - couldn't ask for anything more!

I had an amazing wax with Nicola, I always feel nervous when it comes to the Hollywood wax but she is so sweet and so reassuring
All the process goes smoothly and I barely felt the time and not painful
