Nicola was fantastic: welcoming, very kind, detailed oriented and skilful. She took the time needed to listen to me and assess the best approach based on what I was hoping for. She gave me great advice and I felt I could relax and trust her. She did a great job and I was very happy with the results. Nicola has a very gently way to do her job, from a soothing hair wash to an enjoyable cut and blow dry. Thank you so much!!! Looking forward to my next appointment with her.
