I was incredibly nervous to find a new salon after a previous really bad haircut, but Nicola was so helpful in trying to fix it and make me feel at ease. I’ll definitely be back!

Nikki did a wonderful job. I am so pleased with my highlights, cut & new bangs. Nikki is a skilled hairdresser but also so kind and attentive, checking in at each stage to ensure I was comfortable, offering drinks/snacks and answering all my hair and beauty treatment related questions. I’ve been getting highlights for 15+ years and it’s always nerve-racking to go to a new hair dresser but I needn’t have worried whatsoever. Very happy customer and will be returning regularly 😊

Nicola was so thorough and reassuring for my daughter's haircut. She made sure she knew what she wanted and checked she was happy. My daughter really loves her new haircut after not really getting what she wanted at a previous salon.
