I was called to reschedule my appointment because the hairdresser I booked would be busy. When I arrived the woman did my shampoo and started cutting my hair, but after a few snips she stopped and helped another customer seated next to me. I had to wait twenty minutes for her to come back and help me. When I complained she just said sorry but no one could explain why I was rescheduled and still left waiting with half my hair cut.
