The stylist (not Linda) seemed confident at first during consultation but then the colour went badly, I only wanted highlights around the front to break up my dark roots but I left with hardly any difference to my hair colour and I still have a black frame around my face. The cut was average but in hindsight, she didn’t know how to deal with my curls. Paid extra for a treatment but it made my hair feel stringy. A home treatment a few days later gave back some bounce
