When I go to the London Lounge, I always feel at ease and I have every confidence, that my hair will look amazing at the end. Not once have I ever came away disappointed with not only the results but the care all the staff show is second to none. The staff are all so lovely not only with myself but I have seen how they are from the very young to the no so young. I look forward to my appointments, as I see this as a time to relax from my very hectic working life. the salon is always spotless
