Fantastic experience. It’s a little intimidating as you go in and because I wasn’t feeling that great and looking like a bit of a greasy slob, I was ready to be a bit overlooked and rushed past - but Lewis made sure to have a proper conversation to ask what it was that I wanted, made a considered approach and put me completely at ease. I left feeling like a bit more of a human being, with great hair. The free bubbles didn’t hurt either. Definitely coming back. Thank you!

I had a complete restyle - went from waist length to short bob. I actually went in for a pixie but Charlotte advised me to go for bob and go shorter afterwards if I still wanted too, as my hair might be sticking up everywhere if I went super short really suddenly. Went with her suggestion and was so happy I did. She did such a great job, and it's grown out really nicely too!! (appt was end of August). Thank you for the champagne as well 💕. Will be back!
Great haircut from Lewis. Beautiful salon and lovely touches such as a glass of bubbly. Made to feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend.
