Probably one of the worst haircuts I’ve had for years, asked for subtle layers and have the opposite, really chunky layers and not remotely evenly cut ends. I wasn’t shown the back before I left and was in a hurry so didn’t think to ask and when I got home realised why. Lewis was also rude to other staff in front of me which was very uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this place and wish I could attach a picture to show how bad the haircut was

I really enjoyed my experience at the salon. Following lockdown, I have been looking to do something different with my hair, but I had no thoughts of what to do so I booked a restyling appointment. I had a consultation with Lewis and then the magic began. I am so happy with my new look and could not recommend Lewis or this Salon enough.

I really enjoyed my experience at The Hair Lounge, especially as it was my first haircut post-lockdown! Lewis was fantastic, really friendly and understood what I wanted. The ambience is lovely and everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
