Booked a last minute discounted haircut with a Director (2nd highest grade & more expensive). discovered after that my hair was cut by a stylist (two grades down). No one said anything or changed price. Appt was retrospectively changed in app to say Director with X (previously said Y) & X is advertised as a stylist. Cut seems good. X was very nice. But it’s v cheeky when someone chooses a certain level of experience to change while still charging higher (albeit discounted) price. Not cool :)
