Asked me about what I wanted and made suggestions based on that. Unfortunately I had a reaction due to the patch test but she come up with a solution meaning i could still get my hair coloured without the dye touching my skin. The amount of time and persistence she took especially when she noticed some strands weren't the colour I asked for. I adore my hair and have received alot of compliments on it. If Treatwell had a Tipping system in place I would've tipped her!
