My haircut was uneven and there were a lot of straggly bits. It was also shorter than I had asked for. I had to go to another salon to fix it.

First hair salon I tried in Cheshunt after moving here a few weeks ago, and I was really impressed. For the price the service I got was excellent, and Joe cut and finished my hair beautifully (makes sense as he's been doing it 40 years!). Highly recommend and will definitely be going back - yet to try their colouring services! Thanks Salon 19 for making my first haircut since lockdown such a positive experience.

I really enjoyed my hair cutting experience. I felt that Jo listened to what I wanted and made me leave the salon feeling great about myself. I love my hair and felt that she was great as was the whole experience.
