On my first visit, Hayley’s attention to detail really impressed me, she was able to identify the haircut I had and asked if this was my preference to keep, she was always reassuringly asking me about the choice of length and cut I wanted. The whole process made me feel comfortable and it was really enjoyable and I absolutely love my haircut! I’ll definitely be back.
